Trendoraa is committed to ensuring the timely and secure delivery of all orders placed through our website.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days following successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends, public holidays or non-working days shall be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
· Metro Cities: 3–5 Business Days
· Non-Metro Cities: 4–8 Business Days
· Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays or operational disruptions.
3. Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges, if any, shall be displayed during checkout prior to payment.
Trendoraa may offer promotional free shipping schemes from time to time at its sole discretion.
4. Order Tracking
Upon dispatch, customers shall receive shipment tracking information via email, SMS or WhatsApp wherever applicable.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details. Trendoraa shall not be held liable for delays, failed deliveries or additional shipping costs resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer.
6. Damaged, Defective, Missing or Incorrect Products
In the event that a customer receives a damaged, defective, tampered, missing or incorrect product, the customer must record a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video beginning from the unopened package.
The video must clearly capture:
· The sealed package from all sides
· The shipping label
· The package opening process
· The contents received
· Any visible damage, defect, discrepancy, or missing item
Customers must notify Trendoraa within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery by providing:
· Order Number
· Unboxing Video
· Relevant Photographs
· Detailed Description of the Issue
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not qualify for replacement, exchange, or credit note approval.
Upon verification and approval by Trendoraa, an appropriate resolution shall be provided.
