RETURN, EXCHANGE & CREDIT NOTE POLICY

At Trendoraa, we are committed to providing quality products and a seamless shopping experience. This Return, Exchange & Credit Note Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing returns, exchanges, and store credits for purchases made through www.trendoraa.in.
1. Return Policy
Customers may request a return within three (3) calendar days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
· Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
· Be returned in its original packaging.
· Include all original tags, labels, accessories, and invoices.
· Be in a condition suitable for resale.
No return request shall be accepted or entertained after three (3) calendar days from the date of delivery.
Trendoraa reserves the right to reject any return request if the product does not meet the eligibility criteria stated above.
2. Exchange Policy
Customers may request an exchange within two (2) working days from the date of delivery, subject to product availability.
Exchange requests may be accepted for:
· Size-related issues (for apparel).
· Exchange for another size of the same product.
· Exchange for an alternative product of equal value.
· Exchange for a higher-value product upon payment of the applicable price difference.
The product must be returned in unused, unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
No exchange request shall be accepted or entertained after two (2) working days from the date of delivery.
Trendoraa reserves the right to reject any exchange request if the product fails to meet the conditions specified under this policy.
3. Damaged, Defective, Missing or Incorrect Products
If a customer receives a damaged, defective, tampered, missing, or incorrect product, the customer must record a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video starting from the unopened package.
The video must clearly show:
· The sealed outer packaging from all sides.
· The shipping label and order details.
· The complete unboxing process.
· The product received.
· Any visible damage, defect, missing item, or incorrect product.
Customers must report such issues within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery by sharing:
· Order Number
· Unboxing Video
· Relevant Photographs
· Description of the issue
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video shall not be eligible for return, exchange, replacement, or credit note approval.
Upon verification and approval by Trendoraa, an appropriate resolution shall be provided.
4. Credit Note Policy
Trendoraa does not provide monetary refunds for returned products.
Upon successful inspection and approval of the returned product, the eligible amount shall be issued as a Credit Note (Store Credit).
The Credit Note:
· Can be redeemed exclusively on www.trendoraa.in.
· Shall remain valid for six (6) months from the date of issuance.
· Is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another person.
· Cannot be redeemed for cash or bank transfer.
· Cannot be extended beyond its validity period.
Any unused Credit Note balance shall automatically expire after the validity period without further notice.
5. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Products
The following products shall not be eligible for return, exchange, replacement, or credit note:
· Customized or made-to-order products.
· Gift cards and promotional vouchers.
· Clearance, sale, or discounted products.
· Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
· Products returned without original tags, packaging, or accessories.
· Products returned after the specified return or exchange period.
6. Final Decision
Trendoraa reserves the right to make the final determination regarding the acceptance or rejection of any return, exchange, replacement, or credit note request. All decisions shall be based on product inspection, supporting evidence, and compliance with this policy.
